Simplified View Of Our Process

1.  We use our big heavy diamond wheel grinder to remove the top 1/8" of the concrete to expose the white rock aggregate.

2.  If there are cracks, we clean them out and fill them with a freshly mixed two-part chemical mender which hardens within minutes.  We then grind the mended cracks with a hand grinder and level it out.

3.  Then we vacuum everything well.

4.  We mix the two-part polyaspartic base coat, which has a superior adhesion ability and becomes incredibly sticky for the color flakes to stick to.

5.  We broadcast the color flakes heavily, overcoating the entire area.

6.  We’ll wait about an hour for that to harden and then scrape off the loose flakes and then vacuum again.

7.  The next step is to pour the two-part polyaspartic clear top layer, which we also blend with a special product that enhances slip resistance when dry, spread it all around with squeegees and then roll it for evenness.

8.  Clean up everything and get your approval of happiness!
